The following information was provided by the Hopewell Police Department.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 10:30 p.m. Dec. 10, police responded to the 400 block of S. 21st Avenue for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by cutting unsecured window screen and stole jewelry.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 5:45 a.m. Dec. 12, police responded to the 1100 block of Wall Avenue for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by kicking front door and stole TV, camera, tablet, laptop, I-pad, cable box and jewelry.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 3:30 p.m. Dec. 12, police responded to the 1500 block of Roanoke Avenue for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by kicking rear door and stole laptop, camera and backpack.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 3 p.m. Dec. 13, police responded to the 400 block of N. 8th Avenue for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence via an unsecured window and stole a furnace.

- Burglary/Breaking and Entering/Residential: At 3 p.m. Dec. 13, police responded to the 1000 block of Central Avenue for a reported burglary. Unknown offender entered residence by breaking front door glass and stole cash and candy.

- Drug Equipment Violations: At 9:49 p.m. Dec. 13, police conducted a traffic stop at W. Broadway and N. 11th Ave. Driver was found to be in possession of narcotics and was arrested.

- Drug/Narcotic Violation: At 10:30 a.m. Dec. 9, police responded to the 1000 block of Winston Churchill Drive for a reported drug offense. Student was found to be in possession of marijuana. Petitions pending.

- Larceny/Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts/Accessories: At 9 p.m. Dec. 13, police responded to the 200 block of Byrd Street for a reported larceny. Unknown offender entered vehicle by punching drive side door lock and stole radio and headset.

- Larceny-All Other Larceny: At 12 a.m. Dec. 9, police responded to headquarters for a reported larceny that occurred in the 400 block of W. Randolph Road.

- Larceny-All Other Larceny: At 1 p.m. Dec. 12, police responded to the 400 block of S. Mesa Drive for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole two phones from lockers.

- Larceny-All Other Larceny: At 10 a.m. Dec. 12, police responded to the 200 block of Woodbine Street for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole heat pump from behind a residence.

- Larceny-All Other Larceny: At 3 p.m. Dec. 14, police responded tot he 300 block of N. 21st Avenue for a reported larceny. Unknown offender stole a heating and air unit from the exterior of a residence.

- Larceny-All Other Larceny: At 9 a.m. Dec. 15, police responded to the 1300 block of Meadow Street in reference to a larceny. Unknown offender stole a bicycle from an open garage.

- Larceny-Theft From Motor Vehicle: At 12 p.m. Dec. 11, police responded to the 1400 block of Atlantic Street for a reported larceny. Unknown offender entered unlocked vehicle and stole diaper bag, later using a voucher found inside.

- Larceny-Theft From Motor Vehicle: At 3 a.m. Dec. 15, police responded to the 3600 block of Wilmington Avenue in reference to a larceny that occurred in the 1400 block of Luther Blvd. Unknown offender entered vehicle and stole gun.

- Motor Vehicle Theft/Stolen Auto: At 12:01 a.m. Dec. 13, police responded to the 100 block of N. 7th in reference to a stolen vehicle. Unknown offender stole vehicle from driveway. Vehicle later recovered undamaged.

- Robbery/Commerical: At 10:04 p.m. Dec. 14, police responded to the 3900 block of Oaklawn Boulevard for a reported robbery. Two offenders entered business, while one offender remained outside. Inside, first offender demanded cash and cigarettes at gunpoint while second offender attempted to steal a phone. All offenders fled, were later identified and arrested.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: At 7 a.m. Dec. 14, police responded to the 3900 block of River Road for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender punctured a vehicle with a screw driver.

- Vandalism/Damage/Destruction of Property: 8 p.m. Dec. 15, police responded to the 700 block of Appomattox Street for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender broke windows on two vehicles. Nothing stolen.

* Vandalism/Graffiti: At 7:49 p.m. Dec. 13, police responded to the 1300 block of Liberty Avenue for a reported vandalism. Unknown offender spray painted graffiti on the front of a residence.

- Weapons Law Offenses: At 12:50 p.m. Dec. 11, police responded to the 400 block of S. Mesa Drive for a weapon violation. Known offender was in possession of knife while on school grounds. Petitions pending.

- Weapon Law Offenses: At 12:51 p.m. Dec. 14, police responded to the 2700 block of Oaklawn Boulevard for a fight in progress. Unknown offender was involved in a fight inside a business. Then discharged a weapon outside of the business.

Prisoner tosses fluid

COAL TOWNSHIP - State police at Stonington continue to investigate an aggravated assault by a prisoner that occurred at 7:20 a.m. Dec. 11 at SCI Coal Township.

Police allege the prisoner, Frederick Lee Collins, 34, threw a cup of an unknown fluid on a corrections officer. The charges will be filed once testing of the fluid is completed and upon approval of the county district attorney.

Checks, keys stolen

UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP - Foster S. Shrawder, of Sunbury, reported to state police at Stonington that sometime between 12:01 a.m. and 6 a.m. Friday, someone entered his unlocked vehicle and removed a checkbook and work keys without his permission. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact state police at 570-286-5601.

Crashes into pole

MIFFLINBURG - An Elysburg man crashed a pickup truck into a utility pole early Sunday in Limestone Township, about 1 mile west of Mifflinburg.

According to state police at Milton, Arthur A. Hower, 48, was driving a 2013 Ford F-150 east on Old Turnpike Road (Route 45) near Thomas Road about 4:30 a.m. when the crash occurred.

Hower was wearing a seat belt and did not report having been injured, police said. He was cited for careless driving.

Drug charges

VALLEY TOWNSHIP - Michael Henrie, 19, of Danville, was charged by state police at Milton for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia involving an incident at 12:30 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of Liberty Valley Elementary School.

Police said numerous baggies containing alleged marijuana packaged for resale, grinding devices and multiple smoking pipes containing burnt residue were found on Henrie and inside his vehicle.

Assault

GIRARDVILLE - Charges of simple assault and harassment were filed by state police at Frackville against Craig V. Brennan, 36, of Girardville, relating to an assault at 1:28 a.m. Wednesday at Hall's Nowhere Bar, 200 N. Second St.

Police reported Brennan was assaulting a female in the bar when John M. Shields, 42, of Girardville, intervened in an attempt to stop him. Brennan then punched Shields in the face several times before Shields was able to push Brennan against a wall. Police said Brennan later bit Shields on the left hand, causing lacerations that required medical treatment at Schuylkill Medical Center East in Pottsville.

State police said Brennan and the female he was assaulting fled the scene before they arrived.

Driver cited

LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP - Arthur A. Hower, 48, of Elysburg, was cited by state police at Milton for careless driving in connection with an accident Sunday morning on Route 45 (Old Turnpike Road) near Thomas Road in this Union County township.

Police said Hower was driving a 2013 F-150 pickup truck east on Route 45 at 4:30 a.m. when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole. Hower escaped injury.

DUI

MONROE TOWNSHIP - Telitza Rentas, 36, of Sunbury, was charged by state police at Selinsgrove with driving under the influence of alcohol and several summary traffic violations involving a Dec. 7 incident at the intersection of Routes 11-15 and Mill Road in this Snyder County township.

DUI offense

SHAMOKIN DAM - Christopher Doucette, 34, of Bloomsburg, was charged by state police at Selinsgrove with driving under the influence of alcohol and several summary traffic violations relating to a Dec. 8 incident on Routes 11-15.

State police from the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement said Thursday they cited Charles R. Hoynowski, the owner of Club 79, 79 Blackman St., Wilkes-Barre, for two liquor code violations that occurred Nov. 2: Serving fortified, adulterated and/or contaminated liquor; and allowing smoking in a public place where smoking is prohibited.

WILKES-BARRE - Sometime between 9 p.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, someone took scrap metal from the loading dock area of a Volunteers of America store, 400 S. Main St. The scrap metal was stored in two large cardboard boxes.

Man breaks woman's foot in Tuscarora Twp.

Jonathan Michael Davidson, 37, of Laceyville has been charged by state police with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment relating to a Dec. 17 incident on Clapper Hill Road in Tuscarora Township.

According to police, Davidson was involved in a domestic dispute with a female victim, which left her with possible broken bones in her right foot. A nurse who spoke to police about the victim's injuries said she is fairly certain multiple bones were broken.

When questioned, Davidson told police the same story as the victim.

Davidson was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw on Dec. 17 and released on non-monetary bail conditions.

He is scheduled to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Jan. 7 at 1:30 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Domestic dispute in Orwell Twp.

Daniel Craig Light, 47, of Rome has been charged by state police with simple assault and harassment relating to a Dec. 22 domestic dispute on Lightening Lane in Orwell Township.

Light told police that he was locked out of his own house by the victim, at which time he smashed a window to go inside.

Police said Light then got into a physical altercation with the victim during which he threw the woman around the house and slapped her in the face.

Police said the woman had bruises on the bicep of her left arm and had scratches and cuts on both forearms and both legs.

Light was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw on Dec. 22 and released on non-monetary bail conditions.

He is scheduled to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Dec. 31 at 1 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Bath salt analogues found

Kathryn Elizabeth Shulas, 34, of Rome has been charged by state police with possession of Alpha-PBP and Methylone, two designer drugs with similarities to bath salts, and possession of drug paraphernalia relating to a Sept. 15 incident on Battle Creek Road in Windham Township.

According to state police, Pennsylvania parole officers found three bags of white powdery substances and 47 glass smoking pipes scattered throughout a residence which was undergoing a routine spot check.

The baggies contained a total of .77 grams of Alpha-PBP and 2.1 grams of Methylone and were found in Shulas' purse, police said.

Shulas has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Jan. 14 at 3 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Trespass charges

Jamie Howard Vandyke, 34, of Rome has been charged with criminal trespass after walking on an unidentified person's posted property on Dec. 3 near North Rome Road in Rome Township.

Vandyke has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Jan. 15 at 9:15 a.m..

Gun stolen in Wyalusing

A gun was stolen out of a vehicle located along Marie Antoinette Drive in Wyalusing Township on Dec. 4 at about 6:19 p.m., police said.

Police said an investigation into the hunting rifle theft is ongoing.

Prank call complaint

A 68-year-old Wyalusing resident reported to state police that between Dec. 1 and Dec. 17 his home on Cross Creek Lane in Wilmot Township was a repeated target for prank callers.

No suspects have been named in the case.

DUI charges

The following people were recently charged with driving while under the influence in Bradford County:

Derrick William Babcock, 29, of Ulster, by state police, on Nov. 23, on Comstock Road in Rome Township.

Babcock has also been charged with driving without a license, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving.

On the day of his arrest, Babcock had a blood alcohol content of .142 percent, police said.

The arrest came after Babcock crashed a 2006 Ford Explorer and police responded to the scene.

He has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Feb. 4 at 1 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

James Michael MacDonald Jr., 38, of Wyalusing, by state police, on Nov. 30, on State Route 6 near its intersection with Old Stagecoach Road in Wyalusing Township.

MacDonald has also been charged with speeding, careless driving, and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

On the day of his arrest, MacDonald has a blood alcohol content of .115 percent, police said.

Police initiated a traffic stop on MacDonald after his Dodge Ram 1500 was spotted traveling 79 mph in a 55 mph zone.

He has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Jan. 21 at 1:15 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

John Casey O'Mara, 28, of Laceyville, by state police, on Nov. 29, at the intersection of State Route 6 and 706 in Wyalusing Borough.

O'Mara has also been charged with driving without valid registration, driving without insurance, failing to stay in his lane, careless driving, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, not having proper lighting on his vehicle and driving without a seat belt.

On the day of his arrest, O'Mara had a blood alcohol content of .304 percent, police said.

Police pulled O'Mara's vehicle over for swerving.

He has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Jan. 14 at 1 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Leah M. Maleski, 42, of Sugar Run, by state police, on Sept. 28, on State Route 6 in Wyalusing Borough.

Maleski has also been charged with failing to drive in a single lane and careless driving.

On the day of her arrest, Maleski had a blood alcohol content of .116 percent, police said.

Maleski was pulled over by police for being unable to stay in her lane, police said.

Maleski has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Dec. 31 at 1:15 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Brian Cole, 39, of Rome, by state police, on Oct. 13, on Vought Road in Windham Township.

Cole has also been charged with careless driving and driving with an open container of alcohol.

On the day of his arrest, Cole had a blood alcohol content of .280 percent, police said.

Police arrested Cole after he crashed a 2001 Dodge Ram into a ditch.

Cole had a summons issued to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Dec. 24 for a preliminary hearing. His case is still listed as active in the online court system.

Anita Marie Gochenaur, 32, of Sugar Run, by state police, on Aug. 1, at the intersection of State Route 2010 and Township Road 469 in Wyalusing Township.

Gochenaur has also been charged with driving without a valid license, following too closely, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.

A blood test revealed that Gochenaur had a mixture of drugs in her system at the time of her arrest, including Pseudoephedrine, Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, Alprazolam, Delta-9 THC, and Delta-9 Carboxy THC.

Gochenaur was arrested after she was involved in a two-vehicle crash during which she rear-ended a stopped vehicle in the roadway.

Gochenaur has been sent a summons to appear before Magisterial District Judge Fred Wheaton on Dec. 24 at 1:30 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Criminal mischief

COAL TOWNSHIP - Robert Fisher, 22, of 1609 W. Chestnut St., told police someone smashed the rear window of his 2002 Ford truck while it was parked near his residence between 4:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Assault

MOUNT CARMEL - Borough police charged Heather L. Breeland, 28, of 424 E. Columbia Ave., Atlas, and Tina M. Green, 45, of 423 N. Maple St., with simple assault and related offenses following an incident at the Silver Spur Bar, South Oak Street, at 6:36 p.m. Dec. 13.

According to court documents filed by Lt. Chris Buhay, Breeland and Green allegedly pushed Gloria Holmes, of Mount Carmel, from a bar stool onto the floor and assaulted her. Holmes suffered a rib injury that required medical treatment, police said.

Green and Breeland were charged with criminal conspiracy, harassment, disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault. The charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones of Mount Carmel, and preliminary hearings will be held Jan. 22.

Resisting arrest

MOUNT CARMEL - Police charged a borough man with resisting arrest and related offenses after an incident outside an Oak Street business at 5:33 p.m. Dec. 11.

According to court documents, Mount Carmel Borough Police Patrolman Shane Reamer said officers were called to Puffs Tobacco store, where workers told police Daniel K. Luke, 31, of 332 S. Hickory St., Mount Carmel, was yelling and charging at a store employee and smoking in the store.

Police tried to escort Luke from the store, and Luke resisted, causing police to force him to the ground. Once in custody, Luke allegedly pressed his body against the vehicle, causing scratches to the outside of the cruiser.

At the police station, Luke was treated for a diabetic emergency and was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. Following treatment, he was taken into custody on a probation violation.

Police charged Luke with resisting arrest, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones will be held Wednesday, Jan. 22.

Burglary

MONROE TOWNSHIP - Three individuals were charged by state police at Selinsgrove with burglary and other charges after a break-in at the Sunbury Generation LP power plant along Old Trail Road.

Police said Micah P. Bower-Keiser, 18, of Montoursville; Benjamin M. Grove, 18, of Cogan Station, and a 16-year-old juvenile broke into the power plant by climbing over a chain link fence and through a coal chute. One individual took a respirator valued at $100 and put it in his backpack before being confronted by a power plant employee.

Bower-Keiser and Grove were arraigned before on call Magisterial District Judge Leo Armbruster, of Lewisburg, and charged with burglary, criminal tresspass, theft, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors. The two were committed to Snyder County Prison on $15,000 bail.

The juvenile was released to the custody of his parents, and police said a juvenile petition will be filed on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Drug paraphernalia

MOUNT CARMEL - Kathleen E. Ruchko, 55, of 147 N. Chestnut St., Mount Carmel, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after four syringes were found inside her residence Dec. 12. The house was searched after a probation violation by Ruchko.

A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones, of Mount Carmel, will be held Jan. 22.

DUI

MOUNT CARMEL - Julie A. Darrup, 42, of 641 Pine St., Kulpmont, was charged with driving under the influence by Mount Carmel Borough Police Patrolman Shane Reamer following a traffic stop at Fourth and Beech streets Nov. 23.

According to court documents, Reamer said Darrup allegedly failed field sobriety tests, and chemical testing showed her blood alcohol level was .138 percent.

A preliminary hearing will be held Jan. 22 before Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones, of Mount Carmel.

Drug charges

ATLAS - Heather A. Frank, 28, of 331 N. Vine St., Mount Carmel, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Mount Carmel Township Police patrolman Daniel Politza.

The charges stem from a March 27 incident at a West Saylor Street home, where Frank allegedly overdosed by swallowing a Fentanyl patch along with other medication.

A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22 before Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones, of Mount Carmel.

DUI

RIVERSIDE - Joshua M. Giffin, 27, of 1100 E. Wyomissing Blvd., Apt. 12-A, was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving by Riverside Borough Police following a traffic accident on Avenue G just south of Sabra Way at midnight Dec. 7.

According to court documents, Giffin was found to be under the influence after failing field sobriety tests.

The charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones, of Mount Carmel, and a preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22 before Jones.

Drug charges filed

ATLAS - Mount Carmel Township Police Patrolman Kelly Campbell charged Nathan J. Reigle, 36, of 905 W. Willow St., Coal Township, with misbranding a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges stem from a June 6 incident when Reigle was found with a bag of crack cocaine and several different type of pills, including Lorazepram, Citalopram, Diazepam and Tramadol. The bottle in which the drugs were found was only labeled for Citalopram.

A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22 before Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones, of Mount Carmel.

Woman injured in Stevens Twp. crash

Brigitte C. Wells, 22, of Laceyville suffered a moderate injury in a recent motor vehicle accident in Stevens Township, police said.

Wells was driving south on Herrickville Road when she lost control of her 2006 Saturn Vue on a left-hand curve, police said.

The vehicle left the roadway and struck two trees, state police at Towanda said.

Wells was transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital, police said.

Wells' 2-year-old passenger, Braden D. Wells, was uninjured, police said.

Brigitte Wells was cited for driving at an unsafe speed, police said.

The accident occurred at 8:29 p.m. Thursday, 673 feet west of state Route 706, police said.

Two escape injury

LOWER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP - A Wiconisco driver and her 16-year-old male passenger escaped injury Sunday morning after the car they were driving struck a utility pole, according to state police at Stonington.

Trooper Daniel Wilk said Amanda R. Chappel, 20, was traveling north on Route 147 at 12:25 a.m. in a 2010 Jeep Liberty when she exited her lane onto the shoulder and struck a pole head on.

After traveling approximately 40 feet, the Jeep came to rest along the north shoulder facing north, police said.

No injuries were reporter and seatbelts were worn, police said.

Chappel was cited with speeding, police said.

State police were assisted at the scene by Americus Ambulance, PPL, Lower Augusta Fire Department and West End Garage.

Hit and run

KULPMONT - A Kulpmont driver is being charged with driving on the wrong side of the road after she allegedly struck a parked car and fled the scene on north 11th Street near Pine Street Saturday, according to state police at Stonington.

Trooper Thomas Leib said Vanessa Kalbarchick, 34, was traveling south in a 2002 Mercury Sable on 11th Street at 8:05 p.m. when she allegedly hit the car and drove away.

She was wearing her seatbelt and was not injured, police said.

Theft

MONROE TOWNSHIP - April M. Brought, 24, of Williamsport, reported to Cpl. Dominic Picerno of the Selinsgrove State Police Barracks that her Dooney and Bourke pink and white stripped wallet containing credit cards and cash was stolen while she was at the American Eagle store in the Susquehanna Valley Mall at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Trespassing

MONROE TOWNSHIP - Dylon Lee Sheets, 22, of Selinsgrove, was charged with trespassing after being seen at Walmart along Routes 11-15 at 5:42 p.m. Friday, according to Trooper John Medrano of the Selinsgrove State Police Barracks. Sheets was previously told he was not allowed at the store, police said.

Hit and run

RANSHAW - Coal Township Police cited Kathren Shaw, 33, of Coal Township, for a hit and run accident at 1:13 a.m. Saturday in the Brady Fire Company parking lot.

Police say that Shaw pulled from a parking stall in her 2007 Dodge Nitro and struck a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, owned by Derek Nejedly, of Shamokin, causing damage to the driver's side front fender and bumper area. Shaw's vehicle sustained passenger side damage, and she left the area following the crash.

Vandalism

ARISTES - Conyngham Township Police is looking for information about an vandalism incident at the township's pump station, Center Street, Aristes, between 9 p.m. Friday and 9 p.m. Monday.

According to police, someone or a group of individuals gained entry to the station by crawling over the fence, then gained entry to the pump house by breaking the lock. Once inside the pump house, the burglars shut off one of the pumps, pulled several wires and relocated a manhole cover.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police at 570-554-4349. The department is also reminding citizens to please report anything suspicious.

Four injured in crash near Walmart

COAL TOWNSHIP - Four people were transported for treatment following a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon at approximately 12:37 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Route 61 and the entrance to Walmart.

Police said Sylvester Schicatano, 85, of 1720 Clinton Ave., Coal Township, was driving a 2006 Pontiac Torrent south on Route 61 when he struck a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, driven by Marie Zalar Stanton, 43, of Coal Township, which was crossing Route 61 from the Plaza toward the Walmart.

Both vehicles were severely damaged. Schicatano suffered a neck injury while a rear passenger in his vehicle, Michelle Wolfe, 30, of Shamokin, suffered a head laceration and facial injuries, both were transported to Geisinger Medical Center for treatment and have since been discharged. A front seat passenger, Gloria Schicatano, 77, of Coal Township, was bruised but did not require treatment. Two other passengers, Wolfe's two children, Brianna Peters, 9, and Kathryn Peters, 10, were not injured.

Stanton suffered a sprained knee and bruises and was taken to Geisinger-Shamokin Area Community Hospital, where she was treated and released. A passenger in her vehicle, her 15-year-old son, Garrett Zalar, was not injured.

Assisting police at the scene were Coal Township Fire personnel, and charges of a red light violation are pending against Schicatano.

Code citations issued

COAL TOWNSHIP - Code enforcement officer Chris Petrovich has issued citations against the following individuals for code violations.

Francine Derr and Charles A. Derr Sr., of 1548 Pulaski Avenue, Apt. 1, were each cited for their property at 1546-1550 Pulaski Ave. for an accumulation of rubbish under the front porch, and the obstruction of the sidewalk.

Mark F. Haddock, of 934 W. Independence St., Coal Township was cited for his residence for faulty weather protection and deteriorated roofing.

Tickets stolen

GIRARDVILLE - Paul Kanigoski, 65, of Girardville, told state police at Frackville that someone stole $785 worth of instant lottery tickets from his residence/thrift shop at 144 W. Main St., sometime between 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.

Harassment

MILLERSBURG - David Klinger, 44, of Dalmatia, was charged with harassment after he allegedly threw Cody Riegle, 29, of Millersburg, to the ground and held him there during an incident at 12:15 a.m. Saturday in the area of 696 Walborn Lane.
