The burglary occurred sometime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, state police said.

Anyone with information about the burglary can contact the state police at Towanda at (570) 265-2186.

The false reports occurred in the early morning hours of Feb. 23, Towanda police said.

Bardell has been charged with making a false report to police with the intention of incriminating another person, police said.

As a result of the same incident, Bardell has been charged with obstructing administration of law or other governmental functions, police said.
